This policy explains the small files and similar technologies used by brainspotting.ro. We have designed the site to use as little tracking as reasonably possible.

What we use

The site uses only strictly necessary cookies where they are needed for basic operation, security, contact-form functionality or to remember a privacy setting. These cookies do not require consent because the site or the feature you request cannot work properly without them.

We do not use advertising cookies, track visitors across other websites or create profiles for targeted advertising. We do not currently use optional analytics cookies.

Because we currently use only necessary cookies, we do not ask you to accept advertising or analytics cookies. You can still delete or block cookies in your browser settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may stop parts of the site from working correctly.

If we introduce optional cookies in the future, we will update this policy and ask for your choice before those cookies are activated. You will be able to refuse them as easily as you accept them and to change your choice later.

Third party content

A link to another website does not set that website's cookies merely because the link appears here. If you follow a link to LinkedIn, Substack, a document platform or another external service, that service's own cookie and privacy rules apply.

Keeping this list accurate

Cookie names and durations can change when the website is updated. We review the site's cookie inventory and update this policy when needed. Any cookie details shown in the website's privacy settings reflect the cookies currently used.
