UPA
Brainspotting is a UPA (Unitate Protejată Autorizată), an Authorized Protected Unit under Romanian Law 448/2006. If your company has 50 or more employees in Romania, you must employ people with disabilities for at least 4% of your staff or pay a monthly contribution to the state budget. Up to half of that contribution can go to services bought from a UPA instead. Our Advanced and Executive recruitment engagements and all our talent intelligence reports qualify.
A company with 100 employees in Romania and no employees with disabilities must fill four positions. It owes four times the minimum gross salary every month. Up to half of that can go toward Brainspotting recruitment or reports instead of the state budget.
