You may browse the site for personal or legitimate business purposes. Please do not:

  • use the site in a way that breaks the law or infringes another person's rights

  • try to gain unauthorised access to the site, its hosting, accounts or data

  • introduce malicious code, scrape the site at a scale that affects its operation, or interfere with its security

Information and Talent Insights

Articles, salary information, talent maps, reports, samples and other materials on the site are provided for general information. We work carefully, but markets and employment conditions change and the information may not remain complete or current. It should not be treated as legal, tax, financial or employment advice, or as a guarantee that a particular hiring outcome can be achieved.

Paid reports and client deliverables may have separate permitted-use, confidentiality and licensing terms. If those terms differ from this page, the signed agreement or the terms supplied with the report take priority.

Our content and brand

Unless we say otherwise, Brainspotting owns or is licensed to use the text, design, graphics, reports, methodologies, trademarks and other content on this site. You may view the content and share a link to a public page. You may also quote short extracts with clear attribution, where the law permits. Any wider reproduction, adaptation, resale or use in another product requires our written permission.

Third-party names and trademarks belong to their respective owners. Their appearance on the site does not transfer any rights to you.

The site may link to LinkedIn, Substack, document-hosting services, client sites or other third-party services. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices. Their own terms and notices apply when you use them.

Availability and liability

We may update, suspend or remove parts of the site when needed. We do not promise that the site will always be available or free from errors, although we will take reasonable steps to keep it secure and working.

To the extent permitted by law, Brainspotting is not responsible for indirect losses caused by reliance on general website content, third-party services or events outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where the law does not allow this, including liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or death or personal injury caused by negligence.

Privacy and cookies

Our Privacy Notice explains how we use personal data. Our Cookie Policy explains what the site stores on your device and how you can manage optional cookies.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms when the site, our services or the law changes. The date at the top shows the latest version. A change applies from the date it is published and does not rewrite a contract that has already been signed with us.

Applicable law

These terms are governed by Romanian law. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably will be handled by the competent Romanian courts, subject to any mandatory rights that apply to you.
